KİŞİSEL VERİLERE İLİŞKİN BİLGİLENDİRME

 

Recep Güldoğan Şahıs Şirketi (“edecra.com”), müşterilerinin kişisel verilerine ve bundan doğan haklarına büyük önem vermektedir. Aşağıdaki maddeler, edecra.com web sitesinden toplanan kişisel verilerin neler olduğu, söz konusu veri bilgilerinin hangi amaçlar için toplandığı, hangi şekillerde kullanıldığı, bu bilgileri nasıl değiştirebileceğinizi ve bizimle nasıl iletişime geçebileceğiniz gibi konuları içermektedir.

1. Kişisel verilerin işlenmesinin yasal dayanağı

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu, 6563 Sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun, Elektronik Ticarette Hizmet Sağlayıcı ve Aracı Hizmet Sağlayıcılar Hakkında Yönetmelik ve Ticari İletişim ve Ticari Elektronik İletiler Hakkında Yönetmelik, kişisel verilerin işlenmesi ya da korunması ile ilgili hükümler içermektedir. 5237 Sayılı Türk Ceza Kanunu ise, kişisel verilerin işlenmesi ve gizliliği ile ilgili birtakım yaptırımlar öngörmüştür. “edecra.com” olarak, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği çerçevesinde siz müşterilerimizle kuracağımız sözleşmelerden doğan yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirebilmek ve en iyi hizmeti verebilmek amacıyla siz üyelerimizin ve müşterilerimizin kişisel verilerinin işlenmesine ihtiyaç duymaktayız.

2. Kişisel verilerin işlenmesinde kullanılan yöntem

Reklam ayarlarınızı kullanarak Görüntülü Reklamcılık için Google Analytics’in kapsamı dışında kalabilir ve Google Görüntülü Reklam Ağı reklamlarınızı özelleştirebilirsiniz. Google Analytics ile sağlanan demografik bilgiler, edecra.com’u, edecra.com tarafından verilen reklamları kullanıcılarımızın ilgi alanlarına göre özelleştirmek için kullanılmaktadır. Bu bilgiler, hedef kitle çalışmalarında kullanılırken diğer kullanıcılara ait bilgilerle birlikte olmak üzere reklam yayıncıları ile reklam ve tanıtım amacıyla paylaşılabilir.
