Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are the estimated delivery times by region.
Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local postal services.
International Shipping:
- Europe: Estimated 1-30 business days.
- North America (USA, Canada): Estimated 1-30 business days.
- Middle East: Estimated 1-30 business days.
- Africa: Estimated 1-30 business days.
- Asia, Oceania (Australia/New Zealand), and South America: Estimated 1-30 business days.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Edecra is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Damages
Edecra is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos of the damage as evidence. Please also contact us at hi@edecra.com so we can assist you with the process.
Incorrect Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Edecra is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
