A: We ship worldwide! We are happy to send our products to customers across the globe.
A: It depends on your location. Our delivery times are divided into two parts:
- Processing Time: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Time: This varies by destination. Here are our estimates:
- Europe: 1-30 business days
- North America (USA, Canada): 1-30 business days
- Middle East: 1-30 business days
- Africa, Asia, Oceania, and South America: 1-30 business days

A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will include your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey. Also you ca track your order by entering your order number and email address on our website.
A: Yes, international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Edecra is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

A: Yes, absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Payment information is processed by our secure payment gateway and is not stored on our servers.

Products
A: We do our best to display the colors of our decorative products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor and screen settings, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen is an exact representation of the true color.
A: Yes, we do offer custom or personalized orders. However, if you have a specific request, please feel free to contact us at hi@edecra.com and we can see what is possible.
Returns & Refunds
A: We have a 14 days return policy for eligible items. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that custom/personalized items are not eligible for returns. For full details, please visit our RETURN & REFUND POLICY page
A: We are very sorry to hear this happened. According to our Shipping Policy, liability for products damaged during transit rests with the shipment carrier.
Here are the essential steps you should take:
- Save Everything: Please keep all original packaging materials and the damaged item.
- Take Photos: Take clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in.
- Contact the Carrier: Please contact the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, DHL, PTT Kargo) that delivered your package to initiate a damage claim.
- Notify Us: After you have contacted the carrier, please also contact us at hi@edecra.com with your order number and photos. We are here to assist you with the claim process and provide any necessary information from our end.
